Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: After placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment center will pack your item and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You may also return to this website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find a real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or do not see any updates under our Order status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
For items held in stock in our warehouse in the USA we will ship within 72 hours. As we are a new and growing company we only hold some of the available sizes and colors in stock, and these items are identified on our site. If you need your gear in a rush, we recommend you select one of these options. If you are happy to wait a few extra days we will order your item in from Europe in your preferred size and color (where color options exist). This does involve our products passing through US customs, and therefore there can be a delay in getting your product to you.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to make sure that every customer has an enjoyable shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to make sure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will only used one-time only during the purchase of your product. After purchase, your credit card information is purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you want, and click the green "Add to Cart" button. Enter your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does RunningDogUSA.com provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product, or your product is damaged, please contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll address it immediately!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. We will also swap your product for a different one if you feel another size or style may be a better fit – but we do ask that your product has been only tried on in the house (no “test-runs” on the trail, please) and still has its labels attached.
